New Patient Neurological Evaluations: These appointments are designed to assess new patients, new injuries, or if you have had any major changes in your lifestyle. This appointment includes a balance assessment (when implicated) as well as an evaluation of your neurological, skeletal, and muscular system. Dr. Shores will complete the evaluation, and then together you will create a plan of care that you both feel meets your current needs. $194
