Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
Neuro Performance Integration does not work directly with insurance companies, but we do provide patients with an emailed invoice that you may submit to your insurance company. Many insurance companies cover our treatments, but if you have questions regarding the specific treatments that are covered you should speak directly with your insurance company.
How am I billed?
Typically patients are billed within a week of their appointment. We keep a credit card on file for you, in which case you will be billed following treatment, and will receive an emailed receipt. If you choose not to keep a credit card on file, you will get an emailed invoice with a link to pay the invoice online. We recommend keeping a credit card on file, as this eliminates the possibility of missed invoices, or missed payments. Effective Jan. 1, 2021 we will be instituting a late payment fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please be advised that unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance, our policy is to charge for missed appointments at the rate of a normal office visit. Please help us serve you better by keeping your scheduled appointments. Inclement weather that falls within this policy may be billed at our discretion.
What are the company’s hours?
Neuro Performance Integration is open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday. We are occasionally available outside of normal business hours by special request, but operating outside of normal business hours is charged at a premium rate.
How long will each appointment take?
The length of time is determined by the level of treatment that Dr. Shores, and the patient decide is appropriate. Some patients require 12 minute adjustments, while others require longer treatments. The length of the appointment is determined on an individual basis according to your needs.
How long will it last?
Neuro Performance Integration’s goal is to give our patients all of the tools to make them better, faster. Typically, our treatment takes 6-12 weeks, but it can be faster or longer depending on the individual needs of our patients as well as the severity of our patients ailment.
What can I do to support the practice?
There are several things you can do if you loved your appointment with Neuro Performance Integration. Recommend us to a friend, like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram, or leave us a Google Review!
How does the process work?
At Neuro Performance Integration, we believe that patients are part of the process. Because we believe this, we look at each patient as an individual, rather than just a sum of their symptoms. There is no “One-Size Fits All” at Neuro Performance Integration. Our patients are unique, and we believe that their treatments should be too.
